Shipping - Australia
FINE ART PRINTS
Small Paper Prints are send flat packed. All others are delivered rolled in a tube.
Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
We print to order. Printing and processing usually takes approximately 2-7 working days, then shipping to major cities takes around 2-10 working days. Regional Australia may take longer. We do our best to attend to your order asap, but during busy periods it can take longer than expected. Please let us know via email if you need your print by a specific date and we will see if we can make it happen.
Please allow 2 weeks for your custom-made prints to be shipped. You will receive a tracking number from our shipping agent within this time frame.
Shipping - International
FINE ART PRINTS
If your print is being framed please allow 4 weeks as all prints and frames are custom made with love. You will receive a tracking number from our shipping agent within this timeframe. If you have not received a confirmation email from us, please check your junk mail folder. If you are still unable to find a confirmation of your order, please contact us at info@catherinevicki.com.au. Framed works are wrapped by professional art couriers in bubble wrap and cardboard to ensure their safe arrival.
We recommend that you have your prints professionally framed, and that the print packaging is only opened by a professional framer. The prints are delicate and may be damaged by mishandling. Framing advice and care instructions will be shipped together with your print.

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS
Domestic & International Shipping for original paintings is calculated on the size, weight and shipping location.

Returns Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original works of art simply for change of mind.
All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside. Send images to info@catherinevicki.com.au and we will replace your print with an identical one. For originals that are damaged during transit, we will replace it with a commission.
As a painting ages, both the paint film and priming lose flexibility. This can lead to some crack formation in the paint, and is a normal part of the life of an original painting.
I do not accept any returns based on artwork ageing.
Commissions
Catherine does commission paintings to suit individual homes, office interiors and businesses. You can choose the size and colour palette that suits you - and Catherine can provide gentle guidance. She also does commissions for paintings with particular scriptures. If you have a favourite scripture that is meaningful to you or someone you love, Catherine can have the scripture featured in the painting.
