Framing

If you are purchasing the option with a frame, your print will be Custom framed by hand using premium Australian Oak. We use premium acrylic glazing instead of standard glass, making it lighter than glass and shatter-proof. It also has 70% UV protection.

RETURNS

Each print is done to order therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your artwork package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged packaging before opening the package. Then once opening the package, if the artwork is damaged please contact us via info@catherinevicki.com.au. We will organise for a pickup and replacement.
