Meet the Instructor

Catherine Vicki is a Sydney-based contemporary artist and photographer with over 25 years of experience. Her background spans commercial, editorial, fine art, wedding, portrait, corporate, and event photography, as well as high-end retouching.

Catherine’s work has been exhibited in more than 30 exhibitions across Australia and internationally, including Sydney, New York, and Japan. Her work has also been acquired by the William Wilkins Art Collection and the Blacktown City Art Collection. As a student, her HSC major work was selected for the prestigious ARTEXPRESS exhibition, and she now enjoys mentoring students as they develop their own creative practice.

Catherine’s qualifications include:

  • Bachelor of Visual Communication (Photography & Digital Imaging)

  • Associate Diploma of Fine Arts

  • Cert IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business

  • Cert IV in Christian Chaplaincy & Pastoral Care

  • ArtExpress Selected Artwork HSC

In addition, Catherine has a valid Working With Children Check and First Aid Certificate.

Passionate about education and creativity, Catherine loves sharing her knowledge and experience to inspire the next generation of photographers and artists. She encourages students to build confidence, develop their skills, and explore their own unique creative voice.
